  1. I first bought PCMATIC on the one year deal with 5 computers for $50.00! I went to the Lifetime Evergreen with My 5 computers for $250.00! Soon after that My E-mail account at Yahoo.com was hacked and I had to get rid of Yahoo and switch to Gmail! It took Me two yrs. to get Yahoo cleared from My computer! I had to buy a new computer, printer and fax machine! In sitting up My new system I had to reinstall PCMATIC! I had to pay $250.00 dollars a second for My Lifetime for My 5 computers! I requested a refund and never received it! I am so well pleased with PCMATIC that I have forgotten the extra $250.00 it cost Me! Thought I would share this with You and I am no longer concerned about that money! It is water under the bridge! PCMATIC is well worth it to Me. Jesus Blesses!

  2. Happily had PC Matic for a little over a year. Suddenly, one and then both of my phones would not let us log in to get a scan. PC scanned just fine. No one I emailed with at PC Matic had the knowledge (or initiative) to find out and repair the problem. Customer support just finally after about 3 weeks, basically said, tough sh**. They refunded my money without even trying. Rob Cheng, I believe in your product. The fact that it is made in the USA was the #1 selling point for me. But I have the feeling that you no longer care about a single user, and only about your corporate customers. I am very disappointed in the lack of care your customer support team showed me.

    • We are very sorry to hear this Gary. Please rest assured, we still, and always will, care for our single users. I did investigate your helpdesk history and we did explain we were aware of the issue and working to resolve it as timely as possible. To which, you had responded that we needed to call you or refund your money. Since we do not offer phone-based support, we did issue a refund. I would like to apologize if that came off as a lack of caring for your account and business. Again, we are sorry and hope you have a good day.

  3. I am having more problems trying to get my computer on PCMATIC. I would like to talk to talk to a person.

  4. P C matic has been the most exceptional program since anti-virus software began.
I believe Mr. Cheng will be an exceptional asset
