Major Strikes Made in Q2
The second quarter of 2017 was one of growth. The PC Matic Partner Program experienced a 78% increase in the number of active value-added resellers (VARs). This growth can be attributed to various aspects. First our sales and marketing team have been traveling at least monthly to various trade shows and events to continue boosting brand awareness and share the message of PC Matic Pro and PC Matic MSP. Some of the main events our teams attended this quarter included ChannelPro in Chicago, Illinois, and Animation Nation in Orlando, Florida.
PC Matic Pro also proudly co-sponsored a series of events with one of the largest resellers in New England. The nine-city tour, hosted by Whalley Computer Associates, provided the PC Matic Team with the opportunity to discuss their security solution with Whalley’s numerous current and prospective customers.
Also, the PC Matic Flip Program has boosted our number of active partners as well. In the first quarter of 2017, PC Matic rolled out a flip program for all new and existing partners. For each end-point a partner flipped to PC Matic Pro or PC Matic MSP, that partner would receive $10. During the second quarter, PC Matic has paid new and existing partners thousands of dollars for flipping endpoints to PC Matic Pro and PC Matic MSP. Due to the flip program’s success, it will continue into the foreseeable future.
