How do you make that little divider that's between off & clip? What is it called, I'll try to find it in the Character Map at Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools.

Hi Go Daddy,
Your short cut on how to clear the Windows clipboard would be useful it seems. However, your verbal instructions are presented at too fast a rate to really
get all the info needed. Is it possible to furnish me with the instructions by e-mail? I'll be thankful if it's possible! Not a member – Yet!

I don't get it. Why would you need to do this? And if you did need to clear the clipboard, why not just load it with something else (copy some text to the clipboard) instead of going through all of this to create a shortcut? Would you really need to do this that often that you'd need a shortcut? Seems pointless to me.

to make the line in between off and clip…I had the same problem and my 12 year old daughter showed me. It's shift and backslash at the same time.

I wonder at the usefulness of this as well, but to those who want an emailed copy, just use the pause button on the movie player. Worked for me

So I take the exact command from the shortcut and Start Run it, and it clears the clipboard. But running the shortcut does not
%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c "echo off | clip" is the properties of the shortcut. Works in Start > Run but not when I use the shortcut
